The present management of OOL is vested with the board of directors comprising Sh. Mohan Singh as Chairman and Sh. Paramjeet Singh as the Managing Director & CEO along with three independent Directors. The composition of the Board is adequately compliant of the Clause 49 (IA) of the Listing Agreement with the Stock Exchanges.
