History

Oswal Overseas Limited (“OOL”) was incorporated on the 31st day of May 1984 in the name and style of ANK Impex Private Limited. Subsequently, on the 9th day of October 1984, it changes its name from “ANK Impex Private Limited” to “ANK Impex Limited”.

On the 6th day of May 1992 under the fresh Certificate of Incorporation, it changes its name to its current name “Oswal Overseas Limited”.

Board of Directors

• Mr. Paramjeet Singh, Managing Director, is a Graduate of L.L.B. He has already served as Managing Director of the Company from 2008 to 2011 under his stewardship; the company has grown rapidly through organic and inorganic means which has helped to make Oswal Overseas Limited, a leader in the Indian sugar industry. He has over 30 Years of experience in various business segments, including more than 15 years of experience in the sugar industry.
• Mr. Anoop Kumar Srivastava – a Director on the Board is a Commerce Graduate. He has expertise in the field of IT Management for more than 10 years and also has experience of more than 3 years in Export Management.
• Mr. Rakesh Thapar - Independent Director on the Board of the Company. He is a science graduate. He started his career as System Analyst in a reputed organisation in Kuwait. After that, he started his manufacturing unit in 1990 where he produced footwear. He has more than 30 years of experience in Business. He is a public speaker also.
• Ms. Priyanka Pal - Woman Independent Director, an Associate Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She holds a Master's Degree in Commerce (M.com). She is Commerce Graduate and also having Law degree (LLB). She has over 6 years of professional experience. She has rich experience in the field of NBFC, Real Estate sector and Education Sector. She has ample knowledge of corporate laws, Accounting, Compliance, RBI, drafting etc.
